I come here often for lunch, and the food never disappoints. The spicy pork rice bowl is one of my favorites, and the daily soups are always delicious. The staff are kind and welcoming especially Jay

Nice little eatery hidden in the office blocks between Gilmore and Canada Way. They have different things every day. Sandwiches are their specialty, and they make other things good as well. They have options for vegetarian. Prices are reasonable and friendly staff. They have nice, cozy seating areas outside where you can see north mountains.

The owner, Jay, is incredibly friendly and helpful! And he’s always looking for feedback from customers to improve the cafe, which I’ve always appreciated. Plus, his hot chocolate is made with real chocolate chips, a technique you definitely can’t find nearby

Ordered a bag off Too Good To Go. For $6.99, we received 5 different baked goods: 2 cookies, 1 carrot cake square, 1 chocolate croissant, and 1 wedge of a banana chocolate cake. Value wise, it was well worth the cost! The carrot cake was our favourite; moist and packed with carrot flavour. The cookies are large and quite flat in size, but still delectable. The croissant was average. Parking is very limited in the area, and appears to be primarily in a pay parking lot. The items were decent, and would like to try their other offerings in the future!

Best rice bowls!!! Beef teriyaki and spicy pork are really delicious. For this price, I can eat such great food!!! I highly recommend it to anyone. I often go to McDonald's next door, but I like this place because I never get tired of the menu. The coffee is good and each sandwich is really delicious. I want to let you know because I visit here often. The scones are also the best.

That was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back for another one.

Our workplace had ordered some gluten friendly/vegan treats which were tasty. I had the dessert bar which was delish & fresh. Can’t wait to try their other goodies & visit the café in Burnaby. This location is only open on weekdays from 8 am to 3 pm. There are 5 locations throughout Vancouver.

A peaceful little spot tucked in Burnaby — The Between Café is exactly the kind of place I love when I need a quiet moment or a focused work session. Their ham & cheese panini is simple, warm, and comforting — perfectly grilled with generous slices of ham and a crisp crust. I paired it with an iced Americano, which had a strong yet smooth flavor, and a hot latte that was well-balanced and not overly milky. The interior is clean and airy, with modern lighting and a warm atmosphere. Lots of natural light, relaxed music, and no rush — just good vibes and good coffee. Great for studying, chatting, or enjoying a solo coffee break. Highly recommend if you’re in the Metrotown area or just want to escape the crowds. Friendly staff Spacious and calm seating
